- Close and grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential clients
- Manage and interpret customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
- Communicate sales/service opportunities and customer concerns or suggestions to the business team
- Please identify and resolve client concerns; recommend the appropriate course(s) of action to help ease these concerns, and build client confidence and trust
- Understand and comply with established guidelines that ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Coordinates company staff to provide exemplary service to customers (internal and external)
- Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by effectively communicating our product features, benefits, and services
- Work with the engineering team to ensure customer project requirements are met
- Maintaining records of customer communications and contact information as required
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products. Identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing and marketing strategies.
- Maintains current Pulseforge, Inc. product knowledge
- Submit a variety of sales status reports, as required, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
- Submit quarterly customer visit plans; schedule client meetings and action plans for follow-up
- Responsible for setting the customer’s expectations
- Read process routing, wiring diagrams, and similar production planning documents or drawings
- Assemble signal and control enclosures
- Electrical component assembly; multi-conductor cable assembly, wire harness assembly
- Assemble cabinets, chassis, consoles, or similar devices and install them with electronic or electro-mechanical equipment
- Clean and de-gloss parts using cleaning devices, solutions, and abrasives
- Perform informal, in-process self-checks on manufactured items to assist in formal inspection and/or test
- Maintain a clean work area
- Understanding of 6s and other Lean Principles
- Assist with other related jobs as directed
