  • Engage directly with customers to understand their technical challenges and identify how PulseForge solutions can meet their needs
  • Perform design-of-experiment (DOE) studies to optimize processing conditions and improve process yields
  • Translate PulseForge’s technical advantages into clear, compelling insights for clients
  • Own and manage customer projects, ensuring alignment with semiconductor manufacturing and packaging processes
  • Provide technical guidance to internal teams, influencing product development and manufacturability
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support internal processes and customer interactions
  • Represent PulseForge at industry conferences and trade shows
  • Travel up to 10%, including visits within the U.S., Europe, and Asia

  • Work directly with engineers and technicians to capture and document the design intent of mechanical assemblies
  • Create 3d exploded models, 2d drawings, and work instructions for existing products
  • Create 2d drawings of existing point-to-point wiring and cable designs
  • Apply standards of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
  • Understand and implement principles of Design for Manufacturability
  • Restructure and maintain Bills of Material for manufacturing efficiency
  • Work hands-on with as-built prototypes and manufactured articles to record manufacturing and inspection steps
  • Work in an office environment with frequent communications with the manufacturing floor
  • Assist with other related jobs as directed

  • Read process routing, wiring diagrams, and similar production planning documents or drawings
  • Assemble signal and control enclosures
  • Electrical component assembly; multi-conductor cable assembly, wire harness assembly
  • Assemble cabinets, chassis, consoles, or similar devices and install them with electronic or electro-mechanical equipment
  • Clean and de-gloss parts using cleaning devices, solutions, and abrasives
  • Perform informal, in-process self-checks on manufactured items to assist in formal inspection and/or test
  • Work with high-voltage equipment
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Understanding of 6s and other Lean Principles
  • Assist with other related jobs as directed
