PulseForge Product End of Life (EOL) Policy

All products reach the end of their life cycle. Reasons could include market demands, technology innovation, or product maturity and replacement with functionally richer technology. PulseForge strives to deliver innovative products that create value for our customers, and as such periodically releases new products or product versions. As part of a product’s lifecycle, older product versions eventually reach their natural end of life. It is PulseForge’s goal to make this process as transparent as possible to customers and partners, thereby enabling them to plan for upgrades, migrations toward supported product versions.
When determining the need for a product EOL we consider a number of factors:
  • Time since first sale – standard is 10 years
  • Time since last sale – standard is 5 years
  • Material or component supply or availability
  • Replacement product available

The current EOL policy will be published on the PulseForge website at https://www.pulseforge.com and the terms of this EOL policy will apply for each product.
