John Breyer is the Executive Vice President of Engineering Operations at PulseForge, Inc.
John Breyer is a seasoned technology leader, entrepreneur, and architect with over 25 years of experience in firmware, embedded systems, and machine control. Throughout his career, John has been at the forefront of technological advancements, leading teams and driving innovation to develop cutting-edge solutions for complex hardware and software challenges.
Before joining PulseForge, John founded and ran a successful consulting business, providing expertise in embedded systems and product development. He has also held leadership roles at Amazon Lab126, Swift Sensors, and National Instruments, contributing to the development of next-generation technologies.
John holds a double major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Rice University. Committed to fostering the next generation of engineers, he serves on the Rice Engineering Alumni Board and mentors aspiring leaders through the Rice Center for Engineering Leadership. He is also an inventor, holding 15 patents encompassing advancements in hardware, software, and systems.
