Dr. Ara Parsekian, Ph.D., our Senior Applications Engineer at PulseForge, will discuss the fundamentals of Photonic reflow, which is a rapid, selective, and non-contact thermal process for SMT applications. His talk discusses several case studies which illustrate the fundamental characteristics of photonic soldering. Dr. Parsekian will also provide an overview of where photonic thermal processing is most practical and the opportunities for electronics manufacturing it creates.
